<p> Consultations are by appointment only.&nbsp; Bookings must be confirmed with a $500.00 non-refundable deposit, signed contract .Prices do not include GST &amp; 15 % gratuity/service charge will be added to serviced events.&nbsp; Prices are subject to change without notice.&nbsp; Customized menu boards are complimentary for buffet dinner table, on all packages excluding delivery only. </p> <div class="head3"> Service Staff/Chef or Supervisor&nbsp;&nbsp; </div> <div class="p1"> <p> Catering by Gail service staff are formally attired in white tuxedo shirts, black vest, bow tie and pants.&nbsp; Service staff are responsible for buffet and coffee / dessert table layout.Head table where applicable will be served family style by the service staff.&nbsp; Head tables of 12 or more people will require additional service staff @ $23.00 per hourChef / Carver and Supervisor&#39;s are available @ $ 30.00 per hour. </p> </div> <br /> <div class="head3"> Bar Service </div> <div class="p1"> <strong>We can setup your whole bar, supply corkage, liquor or just supply a bartender if that is all you require, either way, these are optional services</strong> </div> <br /> <div class="head3"> Bartender&nbsp; $180.00 </div> <p align="left"> 1 Bartender based upon an 8 hour shift, or a minimum 4 hours service @ 23.00 per hour.&nbsp; We suggest 1 bartender for every 100 guests.&nbsp; Please allow 45 minutes setup and 45 minutes tear down time. </p> <strong>(Based on availability)</strong><br /> <div class="head3"> Corkage&nbsp; $4.50 per person </div> <div class="p1"> Disposable highball and beer glasses, a variety of pops and juices. Condiments: celery sticks, lemons &amp; limes, worchestshire, tabasco, celery salt, ice and bar kit.&nbsp; Our bartender must be hired to purchase our corkage. (Minimums apply) </div> <br /> <div class="head3"> Liquor </div> <div class="p1"> &nbsp;We can purchase all of your liquor, and liquor license on your behalf. Liquor cost plus a 15% handling charge would apply.
