Typically client would be responsible for his or her own rentals. Rentals are available in the situation where few rentals are only required. Service staff will be billed by the hour. Coffee is not included with drop off orders.

• Delivery only option:
  A delivery charge would apply on all drop offs.


• Paid service staff:
  With paid service staff Catering by Gail will be responsible for layout of the buffet and coffee / dessert tables, clearing and cleaning of all rentals, catering dishes and kitchen working area. Catering by Gail will bring and remove any service equipment that is necessary for the buffet.

Client will be responsible for the return of any rentals or equipment that is left behind for your use, on the following business day, any rentals would need to be rinsed prior to returning.

• China dinner plates, knives, forks & wineglasses.
• Linens based on 8 guests per table, 2 head table, buffet linens, one cake table, registry and gift table.
• Linen napkins (color of your choice for all linen)
• 2 head table skirts (basic white satin)
• Chef / Supervisor and Service Staff
• Client will be responsible for pickup of rentals, linens and any props as needed for your setup.
• Client will be responsible for setup of head table and guest tables.
• Catering by Gail will be responsible for buffet, coffee & dessert table layout.
• Catering by Gail will supply any service equipment necessary for the buffet, and will be responsible for clearing and cleaning of all rentals, catering dishes and kitchen working area.
• Client will be responsible for the return of any rentals or equipment that is left behind for your use, on the following business day, any rentals would need to be rinsed prior to returning.

• China coffee cups and teaspoons
• Glass wine glasses
• Glass water glasses, Water pitchers - 1 for each table
• Linens based on 8 guests per table, also to include 2 head table, buffet linens, one cake table, registry and gift table.
• Linen napkins (color of your choice for all linen)
• 2 head table skirts (basic white satin)
• Skirted buffet tables (basic white satin)
• Chef / Supervisor and Service Staff
• Setup (not including tables & chairs)
• Client will be responsible for placement of any centerpieces or wedding favors.
• Catering by Gail will deliver and setup all rentals for service, as well supply any service equipment necessary for the buffet, and will be responsible for clearing and cleaning of all rentals, catering dishes and kitchen working area.
• Client will be responsible for the return of any rentals or equipment that is left behind for your use, on the following business day, any rentals would need to be rinsed prior to returning.
