  Gail Williamson With 25 years experience in all aspects of the food and hospitality industry and as a seasoned Journeyman Cook with a Red Seal certificate, Gail takes personal pride in the creation of your event focussing on presentation, flavour and elegance. Starting with the preparation of the food right to the final product, Gail ensures it is prepared and presented to the utmost of perfection. Gail has been recognised for her dedication and success as a small business entrepreneur by the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce, Edmonton YMCA and Economic Development Edmonton. Gail holds an Honours Diploma in Commercial Cooking from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

  Gerry Janzen With 15 years of restaurant and Catering background as an manager and owner/operator in the hospitality industry, Gerry has cooked for Lois Hole, Mayor Bill Smith, Premier Ralph Klein, past UofA president, Rod Fraser, the President of Iceland and numerous other individuals. She has serviced such events as the International Airport Grand Opening and the Henry Singer Grand Opening, which has included planning and implementing international & theme menus. Gerry has a passion for creating such savoury temptations as soups, sauces and her specialty green curry prawns. Gerry’s bubbly personality, creative ideas and passion for food have made her an irreplaceable addition to Catering by Gail.

  Jessica Zielke is a graduate of NAIT’s Culinary Arts, Commercial Baking and Hospitality Management programs. With 5 years experience in the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants and catering facilities; Jessica has implemented both her culinary skills and organizational abilities. Her passions are working closely with clients to make their vision of their event become a reality as well as creating new dishes to compliment any party. With Jessica’s background, she can certainly ensure that the planning of your event is a huge success.
