In 2003 Catering by Gail catered the press conference
for the Grand Opening of the new IKEA location in South Edmonton
Common for 100 people & a Traditional Swedish Smorgasbord Breakfast
of 60 different items for 200 people.
We featured carved fruit displays, an ice sculpture, a punch fountain
and a hot & cold Hors d'oeuvres both passed by staff and presented
on decorated buffet tables.
